Profit Seeks Purpose Is Now Available for Pre-Order on Amazon

I’m excited (and a little relieved) to share that Profit Seeks Purpose: How to Build Wealth Without Losing Your Soul is now available for pre-order on Amazon.
This book came out of years of conversations with leaders who are capable, respected, and responsible—and still feel a quiet restlessness they can’t quite name. The goals are being met. The business is growing. On paper, everything looks fine. And yet a question lingers: Is this all there is?
Profit Seeks Purpose is a short, story-driven business fable about what happens when success stops being enough—and a deeper reordering begins. It follows a successful leader who steps into a small circle of peers and finds that honest conversations, real business challenges, and a few unexpected moments of grace begin to reshape what “winning” means.
This is not a get-rich-quick book.
Not a sermon.
Not a leadership manual.
It’s a human story about building well—and building wisely.
I wrote this for leaders who:
- care about faith, integrity, and impact
- have achieved more than they expected and still feel restless
- want to build wealth without losing their soul
- don’t want to lose themselves to what they’re building
Scripture names this kind of honest pause well:
“Search me, O God… and lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psalm 139:23–24)
That prayer isn’t self-criticism. It’s clarity.
If you’re in a season of building—and you’re sensing the need for a truer measure of success—I hope this story meets you where you are and gives you language for the questions you’re already carrying.
If you do pick it up, I’d love to hear what resonates as you read. And if you know a leader who’s quietly wrestling with these questions, feel free to share this with them.
