This isn’t a class to complete or a program to master. It’s a guided conversation.


In each gathering, we:

  • slow      the pace and create space to think clearly
  • reflect      on real challenges at work and at home
  • listen      to one another with honesty and care
  • ask      better questions about what we’re building and who we’re becoming
  • encourage      one another toward small, faithful next steps


You don’t need to have answers to join.

You only need to come with a willingness to listen—and to be honest about where you are.
